Due to recent departures, our Assembly team is short-handed and we need help to keep up with our production goals. The Assembler position is hourly with benefits that include Blue Cross/Blue Shield medical, plus dental and vision options, paid holidays, earned vacation and a 401k plan with an employer match. The team works Monday thru Thursday with shift start at 5 AM.


Responsibilities:

Assembles hydraulic cylinders, partially or completely, working at bench or on shop floor by performing the following duties.

  • Positions parts according to knowledge of unit being assembled or following blueprints
  • Fastens parts together with bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or other fasteners
  • Removes small quantities of metal with hand files and scrapers to produce close fit between parts
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High School diploma/ GED with zero to six months related experience
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating, and procedure manuals
  • Demonstrate Math proficiency as it relates to this job
